Synopsis:
Ana writes a letter to her old teacher, as she does so, she recalls a younger version of herself with no motivation to be creative. Under the guidance of her teacher, Pete, she discovered the possibilities of art and what she was capable of. Through a journey of various art movements, Ana realises the impact of her teacher Pete, hopeful for the future ahead.

Dear Teacher (2023) is a 2D animated graduate project from Griffith University. I was a concept artist and background layout artist for the film during its pre-production. The short film premiered at the 2023 Griffith Film School Graduate Show Case.

About the Production
Kolperi Sky (2023) is a 2D animated collaboration project between Griffith Film School, Vision Splendid Outback Film Festival, Winton Shire Council, and the Guwa-Koa Traditional Owners.
It was produced under the Kolperi Outback Filmmaking Program and the original concept was conceived by the Griffith Film School's animation students on Guwa-Koa Country for the Griffith Aerospace Spotlight.
I was part of the original pitching and conceptual team that created the idea during Griffith's Kolperi Outback Filmmaking Program. Initially, the project was explored to be a mixed-media animation project and I was a concept artist and background artist for the pitch during its pre-production.
The project premiered at The Vision Splendid Outback Film Festival which takes place in the same Guwa-Koa Country that inspired the film.
